If you are evaluating an Aptar alternative for skincare airless packaging, APC Packaging, HCP Packaging and Oulete are sourcing candidates for different purchase conditions. Start with the required dispensing function, quantity and delivery market. Compare an identified complete pack from each supplier. A supplier change needs a new technical approval; a similar bottle shape does not establish compatibility with an incumbent pump.

This comparison is prepared by Oulete. It uses the supplier pages linked below, reviewed on 12 October 2026. The suppliers are listed alphabetically in the comparison table, without a score or overall winner. No side-by-side formula testing or matched commercial quotations have been obtained.

Compare Aptar alternatives against a specific airless-pack brief

Before requesting quotes, decide whether you need a new complete assembly or intend to retain part of your existing pack. That choice determines the documents and samples each supplier must review.

For a complete assembly, define the nominal capacity, target dispensing amount, formula reference, appearance and quantity by SKU. For a retained pump or bottle, add the actual part number, current drawing revision and a representative sample. Mark every interface you expect the new supplier to keep.

The examples below cover selected airless families. They are not a survey of every product each company sells, and the stated capacities do not make the assemblies interchangeable.

When another supplier may fit your project better than Oulete

For a small pilot order, the particular APC stock listing gives a lower quantity entry point than Oulete’s confirmed plastic baseline. If you need a case-level purchase, start by checking that listing’s available configuration and minimum spend. Custom colours, decoration or private tooling need their own conditions; the stock quantity should not be applied to every APC project.

If an incumbent specification names an Aptar dispensing platform, review that exact product with Aptar before replacing it. Its published Mezzo information includes a full-plastic construction and availability in Latin America, EMEA and North America. Oulete has not demonstrated an equivalent Mezzo assembly or the same documentation and qualifications. A different source becomes a candidate only after its proposed pack has been evaluated against your requirements.

HCP’s reviewed Affinity sheet supplies separate overcap/bottle and pump references, snap-on fixation, materials, dimensions and dosage choices for an identified configuration. That level of public component detail is useful when a brand and filler need to review the same assembly. Oulete’s current ZK29 page requires those project-specific details to be requested; its catalogue capacities alone provide less evidence for a technical substitution decision.

Keep these differences in the buying decision. A lower minimum quantity, a documented dispensing platform or a particular regional supply route may matter more than adding another manufacturer to the quote list.

Where Oulete can enter the comparison

Oulete’s starting point is a selected catalogue reference and an explicit proposal for the components supplied with it. For the ZK29 family, identify the exact code and capacity for each SKU rather than submitting “a 30 ml airless bottle” with a photograph. Ask for the body, dispenser, collar, cap and sealing-part scope in one record.

The plastic baseline is 2,000 pieces. State quantities by configuration, colour and artwork so the quote can identify any split conditions. The confirmed glass baseline is 5,000 pieces; it should not be used as the minimum for this plastic airless comparison.

Oulete does not claim from this comparison that it has the lowest price, the shortest delivery time, an interchangeable proprietary pump or a certified result matching another supplier’s pack. Unit price, supplied parts and project milestones require a current quotation. Use the MOQ comparison guide to put offers on a common scope.

Qualify a supplier change before approving production

Give the new supplier the required performance and interfaces, then agree how the actual proposed pack will be approved. Keeping the same labelled volume does not preserve actuator feel, output, fill access, closure behaviour or dimensions.

This table is a proposed qualification record. It reports no completed factory tests and sets no universal pass/fail thresholds. The brand, formulation team, supplier and filler should agree the acceptance criteria for the selected pack. The compatibility trial plan and technical-drawing checklist can help prepare that discussion.

Retaining an incumbent pump

A component substitution needs the actual mating geometry and assembly conditions. Neck shorthand, an overall bottle photograph or a matching capacity leaves important interfaces unresolved. Request the controlled drawings and identify the pump, fixture, sealing arrangement and bottle finish together.

A supplier comparison also does not establish permission to reproduce a proprietary mechanism. If the project requires a particular branded engine, keep its sourcing and permitted use separate from a proposal for a different complete assembly. Record any required authorization or contract condition with the relevant supplier.

Approving a new complete pack

For a new assembly, request samples tied to the quoted references and revision. Keep appearance approval separate from filled-pack evaluation and filler approval. A decorated empty sample can settle colour and print placement while leaving dispensing and formula-contact questions open.

The sample-approval guide provides a way to record those decisions. Release the production specification only after the responsible parties have accepted the applicable sample and documentation scope.

Build a fair commercial comparison

Ask each supplier for an offer based on the same SKU quantities, supplied parts and artwork. Include sample charges, decoration setup, any tooling proposal, assembly, inspection documentation, protective packing and delivery basis as separate lines where applicable. Assign buyer-supplied work explicitly.

An offer for undecorated stock cases and an offer for a custom-coloured production run solve different purchase tasks. Keep both if they are useful, but explain what changes in the brand presentation, budget and approval process. The lowest total on a quote sheet can exclude work another supplier included.

For an Oulete enquiry, send the selected catalogue codes, quantities, formula reference, dispensing target, component scope, final-size artwork and destination through the custom project brief. Identify any incumbent parts you want to retain and the information still needed from the filler. Oulete supplies packaging containers; filling-line suitability and filled-product approval belong with the appointed project parties.

Buyer questions

Is Oulete a direct replacement for an Aptar pump?

No direct replacement is established here. Oulete is a sourcing candidate for a proposed packaging assembly. A retained pump requires part-specific interface review; a new assembly requires its own technical approval.

Which Aptar alternative is suitable for a smaller pilot order?

The APC JS_BW source provides a case-level stock option. Confirm that the listed presentation, budget and delivery destination suit the pilot. Oulete’s confirmed plastic minimum is higher, so it should not be presented as the lowest-quantity option in this comparison.

Does the comparison establish a cheaper supplier?

No. It contains no matched unit-price quotations. Compare the complete supplied scope and project costs before making a price judgment.

Can we transfer the formula without repeating approval work?

The replacement assembly needs an agreed evaluation for the actual formula and use conditions. A prior result for another pack does not establish acceptance of different contact materials, dispensing parts or seals.

Are the listed supplier MOQs company-wide rules?

The APC figures apply to the reviewed stock listing. Aptar and HCP quantity conditions were not provided in the reviewed sources. Oulete’s plastic baseline still needs configuration and version conditions in the project quote.

What should we ask before adding Oulete to the shortlist?

Request an identified complete-pack proposal, controlled drawings, the component/contact-material scope, a matched sample plan and an itemized quotation. Compare those answers against the same brief used for the other candidates.
