Oulete operates in Shangyu, Shaoxing, Zhejiang. The factory has manufactured cosmetic packaging, with 70-plus staff and a plant of more than 6,000 m². Injection molding and decoration are the core in-house processes.

These resources support the selected plastic part and its decoration. Pumps, sprayers and other specialist components have their own supply routes; a complete packaging assembly can include parts made by more than one manufacturer.
Existing tooling and capacity planning
The product catalog lists 111 tooled SKUs across ZK airless bottles, TY thick-wall PET/PETG bottles, PETG bottles and jars. Reported monthly output capacity is one to three million pieces. Actual order capacity depends on the body, assembly and decoration schedule, so confirm the slot for your selected specification.
Existing-tool orders normally require 12–15 production days without decoration or 18–22 days with decoration. New-tool projects are typically quoted at 25–30 days. Sampling and shipping should be planned separately; see MOQ and lead times.
Mold development in the same factory
The in-house mold shop handles new tooling and repairs. A tool change still requires an agreed scope, a new sample and inspection; there is no fixed repair time that applies to every geometry or defect. Ask for the drawing revision and sample approval to be included in the project record.
Paid tooling belongs to the customer with written ownership confirmation. The quotation sets the conditions for a full tooling refund after cumulative volume is reached.
Inspection and batch records
Dimensional, color, drop, torque, environmental and aging inspection equipment supports the quality process. Every batch includes an inspection report. The applicable test conditions and acceptance limits are agreed before production.
A factory visit can cover the processes relevant to your order, the sample approval route and the inspection records you need. Arrange the visit through our contact team.
Supply boundaries
For glass, aluminum, blow-molded containers, pumps, sprayers and makeup formats, request confirmation of the manufacturing or sourcing route for the exact component. The injection-molding equipment list alone does not establish those routes. Oulete makes packaging containers; cosmetic compounding and filling are outside our service scope.
