Your first packaging range

From a first SKU idea to an approved sample.

Choose a starting format, compare the same order scope and review the proposed pack with your filler. Keep each decision tied to the SKU you intend to launch.

  1. Choose the formats for your range

    Start with a catalogue body reference for each product. Review the complete bottle or jar, its closure and the visual family together on samples.

  2. Compare quantities and finish together

    List each size, colour and decoration separately. Ask the quotation to distinguish the body, closures, printing, sample preparation and freight so that the first order has a clear scope.

  3. Approve the pack you will actually order

    An appearance sample, a decorated sample and a formula-filled assembly answer different questions. Agree who checks compatibility and filling-line fit, then retain the selected parts, artwork revision and sample approval for the order.

Have the format, intended fill, quantities and destination? Put them into one sample brief before discussing the final configuration.

Prepare a sample brief

Start with existing tooling and a manageable SKU plan. The material MOQ is 2,000 pieces for plastic containers and 5,000 pieces for glass containers. Confirm the selected model, components, decoration and any new tooling in the project quotation.

Keep the first brief focused

Send your product type, target fill and finish direction, then request a short model list. Use sample review to resolve the dispensing action, proportions and artwork area before committing to the production design.

Plan the full launch sequence

Allow for formula compatibility work, filling-line checks, artwork approval and shipping alongside container production. Confirm color, material, decoration and new-tool quantities for the selected project. Do not assume a lower quantity or fixed unit price without a project quote.

Request the proposal

Oulete supplies packaging containers and coordinates specialist components where required. Formula development and filling are outside this supply scope. Include the responsibilities of your brand, filler and packaging supplier in the approval record.
