Match the document to the claim
Check the named legal entity, site, covered activity, issuer and validity period. For a product report, check the tested sample and method. A management-system certificate, a cleanroom report and a material test answer different questions.

Review cleanroom evidence separately
For a cleanroom-related requirement, ask for the classification or monitoring evidence relevant to the activity and area. ISO 14644-2 addresses monitoring evidence for air cleanliness by particle concentration. It does not establish that a container is sterile or that a filled cosmetic has been approved.
