A stick package needs a defined fill process and an operating mechanism. Ask Oulete to confirm an available assembly and supply route for the intended product.

Prepare the specification

Provide fill volume or weight, formula handling information, filling temperature and the desired advance or application action. Request the mechanism drawing and the materials of the product-contact components.

Approve the complete sample

Evaluate filling, setting or cooling where relevant, repeated operation, closure retention and leakage where applicable. Confirm the fit and function with the actual product; the outer shape does not qualify the mechanism.

Request the supply proposal

The quotation should identify component sources, minimum quantities, decoration, sample stages and delivery terms. Oulete supplies packaging; formula development and filling are outside this scope.

Send your packaging brief or review how to order.
