Start with the dispensing action for shampoo, conditioner or treatment. A bottle that works for one haircare formula may need a different pump or opening for another.
Match the format to the routine
Compare a pump bottle for repeated dispensing, a jar for a scoop-out treatment and a compact bottle for a smaller routine. Send the actual formula or its handling information before choosing the dispensing assembly.
Test with the intended product
Check priming, dose, return action and whether residue affects the closure after use. Include wet-hand handling and the storage orientation relevant to your customer. Agree the fill-line fit and dip-tube specification before production.
Start the model review
Browse Lotion bottles as a starting point. The selected model, component specification and testing responsibilities must be confirmed in the quotation. Oulete supplies packaging containers; formula development and filling are outside this supply scope.
Provide each SKU volume, formula category, dose target and whether the collection must share a common visual profile.
Send your packaging brief or review sampling and approval.
