Every Oulete production batch includes an inspection report. Before production, agree the approved sample, the dimensions and appearance to inspect, the test conditions and the acceptance criteria. A report is most useful when it can be read against that specification.

What the quality review covers

AreaWhat to agree before production
DimensionsDrawing revision, critical dimensions and tolerances
AppearanceApproved color, decoration reference and acceptable cosmetic variation
Closure fitMatched components, seals and opening or application torque
FunctionAssembly checks and any dispensing requirements
HandlingRelevant drop, transport and storage test conditions
DocumentationBatch identification and the inspection report format

The factory reports 14 inspection items across its quality process. The tests applicable to your order should be stated in the approved specification; not every product needs an identical test program.

Inspection equipment

Available equipment includes calipers and a profile projector, a colorimeter, a drop tester, a torque tester, a constant-temperature and humidity chamber, and an aging chamber. The equipment list describes available resources, not an independent certification of your product.

Reported performance and order-specific evidence

Factory-reported first-pass yield is above 99% and on-time delivery above 98%. These are factory operating figures, not a guarantee for an individual order. Use the approved sample, agreed schedule and batch inspection record to evaluate your own shipment.

Formula and packaging compatibility

Compatibility must be checked with the actual formula, body, seal and closure assembly. Share the test plan and storage conditions with us. A material name or a supplier declaration cannot establish that every formula will work in every container.

Third-party inspection and quality issues

Third-party inspection is accepted at the buyer’s expense. Agree the inspection scope and timing before shipment.

Raise a quality issue within 15 days of receipt. Include the order and batch reference, quantities affected, photographs and the observed problem. The response depends on the findings and the agreed order terms; do not assume a remedy before the issue has been reviewed.

Gloved operators visually checking cosmetic containers. This clip documents the visible operation; project-specific acceptance criteria and reports are agreed separately.
