Start with the filling and assembly process. Send Oulete the line requirements alongside the brand’s appearance brief so the package can be evaluated as a complete production input.
Resolve the line interfaces
Provide fill volume, filling conditions, handling dimensions and closure application requirements. Request the actual body and closure drawings. For pumps or droppers, confirm the assembly sequence and the dimensions of inserted components.
Approve with the intended formula
Run the agreed filling and functional checks using the proposed complete pack. Record any adjustments and confirm whether they change the specification. Set incoming inspection, batch identification and quality-issue responsibilities before the production order.
Request the proposal
Oulete supplies packaging containers and coordinates specialist components where required. Formula development and filling are outside this supply scope. Include the responsibilities of your brand, filler and packaging supplier in the approval record.
