Start with the filling and assembly process. Send Oulete the line requirements alongside the brand’s appearance brief so the package can be evaluated as a complete production input.
Prepare the filling-trial handoff
Keep the proposed packaging configuration and the filler’s process record together. Before a line trial, identify the bottle, dispenser, closure and sample revisions, then agree which parts arrive assembled and which steps the filler will perform. A visual sample approval covers the appearance reviewed; functional and line approval need their own recorded scope.

If an airless sample does not dispense after filling, retain its component identity and filling history before changing the setup. Use the pump-output measurement guide to define the reported unit and the filled-pack leakage guide to record the agreed test conditions.
These records support a project review. They do not establish that a particular pack is compatible with a formula or qualified for your line. Send the package shortlist and filler’s requirements through the sample brief, and identify the brand, filler and packaging-supplier responsibilities in the project enquiry.
Resolve the line interfaces
Provide fill volume, filling conditions, handling dimensions and closure application requirements. Request the actual body and closure drawings. For pumps or droppers, confirm the assembly sequence and the dimensions of inserted components.
Approve with the intended formula
Run the agreed filling and functional checks using the proposed complete pack. Record any adjustments and confirm whether they change the specification. Set incoming inspection, batch identification and quality-issue responsibilities before the production order.
Request the proposal
Oulete supplies packaging containers and coordinates specialist components where required. Formula development and filling are outside this supply scope. Include the responsibilities of your brand, filler and packaging supplier in the approval record.
