Oulete operates 20 injection-molding machines. For a packaging design being compared across manufacturing routes, ask each supplier to propose the process for the actual part and identify any sourced components.
Start with the drawing
Define critical dimensions, the closure interface, visible surfaces and the intended fill. Ask how the proposed route will meet those requirements and what changes to geometry are recommended. Do not assume a process choice from the bottle’s capacity or photograph.
Compare tooling and production scope
Request tooling cost, ownership, sample stages and the quoted quantity basis. Include trimming, assembly, decoration and inspection where applicable. A unit-price comparison is incomplete if one quote excludes necessary operations or components.
Approve evidence from the proposed route
Check dimensioned samples, appearance and the completed assembly. Agree the functional, filled-product and transport tests needed for the order. Avoid claiming that one molding route is always cheaper or more accurate without comparing specific proposals.
