Compare two proposed assemblies for the same product. Material names alone cannot establish compatibility, perceived quality or the total cost of a finished pack.

Keep the product requirements constant

Set the fill volume, application method and storage conditions first. Ask each supplier for the exact body dimensions, complete contact-material list and matched closure. A glass body still needs its liner or dispenser evaluated; a plastic body needs its exact material grade identified.

Review the complete user experience

Compare filled weight, opening, dispensing and reclosing on physical samples. Check artwork area and the finished appearance with the intended fill. If a coating creates the desired look, include it in the compatibility and handling review where relevant.

Compare the delivery scope

Request the actual unit weight and carton configuration, then obtain shipment estimates for the same destination and terms. Agree transport testing for each proposed pack. Do not substitute a general material-level claim for that calculation.

Oulete’s core manufacturing is injection-molded plastic packaging and decoration. Glass requests require supply-route confirmation. Send both design references for a component and sample review.

Put the specification to work

Prepare a sample request. The tool shows its inputs and limits before you use the result in a project brief.
