Oulete manufactures injection-molded packaging and decorates it in Shangyu, Shaoxing. The factory’s equipment determines which parts we make in-house and which components we source.

Material, geometry and artwork affect process suitability. Confirm the complete part and finish through a sample rather than choosing a process from a photograph alone.
Existing tooling
The 111-SKU catalog covers ZK airless bottles, TY thick-wall PET/PETG bottles, PETG bottles and jars. Stock neck finishes across the range include 13/415, 15/415, 18/410, 18/415, 20/410, 20/415 and 24/410. They are not interchangeable, and not every finish is available on every body.
Confirm the component supply route
For glass, aluminum, blow-molded containers, pumps, sprayers and makeup formats, request confirmation of the manufacturing or sourcing route for the exact component. The injection-molding equipment list alone does not establish those routes. A quotation should identify the container, closure, decoration and assembly responsibilities separately.
Sampling and inspection
Samples normally take 3–5 days once the brief is agreed; custom requirements may change the schedule. Inspection equipment includes dimensional gauges, a projector, color measurement, drop testing, torque testing, environmental testing and aging equipment. Acceptance limits and test conditions belong in the approved specification.
Review quality control, customization or send a project brief.
