What is the minimum order?
Existing-tool orders start at 1,000 pieces. A color or material change starts at 3,000 pieces and a new-tool project at 10,000 pieces. Confirm partner component minimums in the quotation.
How long do samples take?
Typical sampling takes 3–5 days after the brief is agreed. Charges are quoted by project, and some may be credited against the production order. A custom tool or special component can change the timing.
Can I buy a bottle with a matched pump or dropper?
Yes, Oulete can supply a matched assembly. The proposal should identify the manufacturer or sourcing route for each pump or sprayer. Confirm the neck drawing, dip tube, seal and formula compatibility on samples before production.
Can you fill my cosmetic formula?
No. Oulete supplies packaging containers. Compounding, filling and finished-product compliance remain separate workstreams.
Which decoration processes are available?
Screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating and electroplating are supported by our factory equipment. The selected resin, geometry and artwork determine the suitable combination.
Who owns a new mold?
The customer owns paid tooling and receives written ownership confirmation. The quotation states tooling charges, storage and the cumulative volume required for a full tooling refund.
Do you provide an inspection report?
An inspection report accompanies every batch. Agree the acceptance limits and relevant tests before production. Third-party inspection is accepted at the buyer’s expense.
Does a material choice guarantee formula compatibility?
No. Test the actual filled container and closure assembly with your formula under the intended storage, shipping and use conditions. A generic resin description is not a substitute for that test.
Where do I send a project brief?
Use the contact page. Include the packaging format, target fill volume, order quantity, decoration, destination and required delivery date. Add the model code if you have selected a container.
