Oulete has four hot-stamping machines. Foil can form a logo, lettering or another selected detail on a component, subject to review of its material, geometry and finish.

Send the foil reference with the artwork

A description such as gold or silver is not a complete finish specification. Supply the reference foil or sample, artwork dimensions and intended location. Mark whether the design must align with printed graphics or another part of the assembled package.

The quotation should identify the component being stamped and any tooling needed for the artwork. Changes to the logo or its size may require a new review.

Approve appearance and handling together

Review the actual stamped component. Check edge definition, complete transfer, position and the appearance under the agreed viewing conditions. Define the adhesion and handling checks that matter for your product before approving production.

For a coated part or a polypropylene component, request the proposed process route and a sample made using that route. Material names alone do not establish the performance of a decorated surface.

Keep the approved version identifiable

Record the foil reference, artwork revision, part specification and approved sample. If your pack combines printed text and a stamped logo, approve the complete design rather than each process in isolation.

Discuss foil stamping, review screen printing or return to decoration options.
