Oulete supports packaging development from a selected existing body or a new container design. The project covers packaging manufacture and supply; we do not develop cosmetic formulas, compound products or fill containers.

Existing-tool packaging projects

Select a catalog body, then agree the material, color, closure and decoration. This route is useful when the listed geometry fits the brief and you want to focus development on the finished assembly. Existing-tool MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces; material or color changes start at 3,000 pieces.

Custom-mold development

A new geometry needs a drawing review, tooling quotation and sample approval before production. New-tool projects start at 10,000 pieces. The in-house mold shop supports tool development and repair; paid tooling belongs to the customer with written ownership confirmation.

Manufacturing and supply responsibilities

Injection molding, screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating and electroplating are supported by Oulete’s own equipment. For glass, aluminum, blow-molded containers, pumps, sprayers and makeup formats, request confirmation of the manufacturing or sourcing route for the exact component. The injection-molding equipment list alone does not establish those routes. The quotation should make those responsibilities clear.

From sample to production

Approve the matched assembly with the intended formula and operating conditions. A material selection or an attractive decorated sample does not establish formula compatibility. Keep the tested components and approved specification aligned through production.

Every batch includes an inspection report. Confirm the acceptance criteria and any third-party inspection requirements before production.
