Start with the part that carries the design. A bottle body, cap and pump collar may use different materials and need different finishing processes, even when they share one color direction.
Oulete has in-house screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating and electroplating equipment. The final process depends on the selected component and the approved sample.
Compare the decisions each finish requires
| Route | Decisions to include in the brief |
|---|---|
| Screen printing | Artwork, print area, colors and orientation |
| Foil stamping | Foil reference, artwork, substrate and adhesion checks |
| Spray coating | Color, gloss, coverage and areas to mask |
| Electroplating | Component material, surface preparation and finish reference |
| Labeling | Label dimensions, placement and application responsibilities |
| Embossing or debossing | Molded detail, drawing and tooling implications |
A photograph communicates direction. It does not specify color, gloss, texture or production acceptance by itself. Send the physical reference where possible and identify which features matter most.
Approve one complete assembly
Review the decorated body with its actual closure. Check artwork position in the assembled orientation, transitions between differently finished parts, and the space needed for labels or batch coding. Confirm whether inside surfaces, sealing areas and threads must remain undecorated.
Write the artwork revision, color reference and accepted sample into the order specification. Ask for the relevant handling and adhesion checks to be agreed before production.
Decorated production typically takes 18–22 days, subject to the confirmed order schedule. Sampling, artwork changes and delivery require separate allowances.
Send your decoration brief with the model code, quantity, artwork and reference finish. See sampling for the approval process.
