Start with the container specification and order quantity. Oulete can quote an existing-tool model or review a new-tool brief, with decoration and sourced components identified in the same project.

1. Send the packaging brief

Include format, intended fill volume, material preference, closure, decoration, quantity, destination and timing. Send a model code if one is already selected. Describe fixed dimensions and any filling-line requirements before the quotation is prepared.

2. Confirm the quotation scope

Check what the price includes: body, closure, decoration, assembly, packaging, inspection and freight. Confirm component minimums, payment terms and the shipping basis. Existing-tool MOQ starts at 1,000 pieces; color or material changes start at 3,000 and new-tool projects at 10,000 pieces.

3. Review samples and drawings

Approve the actual assembly rather than the bottle alone. Check usable fill volume, fit, appearance and formula compatibility. For a new tool, agree the drawing, ownership terms and sample approval stages. See sampling.

4. Approve artwork and production references

Keep the final artwork version, color reference, drawing and approved sample together. Changes after approval can affect cost, tooling or timing. Ask for the schedule impact before changing a production specification.

5. Produce and inspect

Typical production takes 12–15 days for undecorated containers or 18–22 days with decoration, subject to the agreed schedule. Every batch includes an inspection report. Buyer-arranged third-party inspection is accepted at the buyer’s expense.

6. Arrange shipment and receipt checks

FOB Ningbo is the default shipping basis; other terms can be quoted for the project. Confirm carton, shipping and documentation requirements before dispatch. On receipt, check the shipment against the order and keep the batch references. Raise any quality issue within 15 days of receipt.

For a repeat order, quote the previous order, drawing and artwork revision and identify any changes. A repeat may save about five days against the corresponding first order, depending on the production schedule.

Send your brief or review MOQ and lead times.
