Prepare the packaging RFQ around the approved product requirements and the evidence needed for supplier qualification. A clear component scope makes quotations easier to compare.
Define the acceptance record
Provide drawings or reference samples, material and decoration requirements, critical dimensions, quantities and delivery needs. Identify the test reports and market documents required for each SKU. Ask the proposal to name sourced components as well as in-house work.
Coordinate approval and change control
Agree which teams approve appearance, formula compatibility, filling-line fit and shipment inspection. Retain the sample, drawing and artwork revisions. Require proposed component or material changes to be reviewed against the existing approval before production.
Request the proposal
Oulete supplies packaging containers and coordinates specialist components where required. Formula development and filling are outside this supply scope. Include the responsibilities of your brand, filler and packaging supplier in the approval record.
