Oulete’s minimum quantity depends on whether you use an existing tool, change the material or color, or develop a new mold. Confirm the complete container and decoration specification before treating a quantity or schedule as a firm quotation.
Minimum order quantities
| Project | Starting quantity |
|---|---|
| Existing tooling | 1,000 pieces |
| Color or material change | 3,000 pieces |
| New tooling | 10,000 pieces |
Partner-supplied components can carry different minimums. Ask for the container, pump or closure and decoration quantities in the same quote.
Production planning
| Work | Typical lead time |
|---|---|
| Sampling | 3–5 days |
| Undecorated containers | 12–15 days |
| Decorated containers | 18–22 days |
| New-tool projects | 25–30 days |
Timing depends on specification approval, materials and the agreed order schedule. Transit and customs time are separate. Repeat orders may save about five days compared with the corresponding first order; this does not mean a five-day total production cycle. Rush work is quoted with a 10–20% surcharge where feasible.
Tooling ownership
The factory questionnaire gives RMB 8,000–15,000 as a tooling reference range. A new design can require a different tooling scope, so request an itemized quotation. Paid tooling belongs to the customer with written ownership confirmation and long-term storage. The agreed cumulative order volume determines when the tooling charge is refunded in full.
Shipping and payment
Payment terms can use T/T or L/C. FOB Ningbo is the default shipping basis; EXW, CIF, CFR, DDP and DAP may be quoted for the project. Ask for freight, duties and delivery responsibilities to be stated explicitly.

Put the specification to work
Prepare a sample request. The tool shows its inputs and limits before you use the result in a project brief.
