Select the cap or closure against the actual container drawing. The visible diameter or a nominal neck label is insufficient to approve thread engagement and sealing.
Define the opening and seal
State whether the user unscrews, flips, presses or removes a cover. Provide the neck drawing and identify any liner, gasket, inner plug or tamper feature required. Ask for the material of each formula-contact part.
Approve a matched sample
Check application, opening and reclosing with the intended container. Agree torque requirements where relevant, leakage conditions and transport checks before production. If a closure is sourced separately, confirm who owns the fit review and final assembly approval.
Keep special claims separate
Tamper evidence, child resistance and other specific safety features need evidence for the actual system. They cannot be inferred from a tight fit or a familiar cap shape. Include the required qualification in the enquiry.
Oulete can coordinate closure options for a selected packaging project. Minimums, component sources and decoration depend on the quoted assembly.
Request a matched closure or read the neck-finish guide.
