From a packaging idea to a specific model

Start with the container format and intended fill. Oulete’s supplied catalog contains 111 model rows across ZK airless bottles, TY thick-wall PET/PETG containers, PETG bottles and jars. Each model page separates the catalog’s size labels from dimensions that need confirmation on a current drawing.

A bottle photograph can help you choose a shape or finish. It cannot establish the exact neck, pump output or formula compatibility. Use the packaging selector to find a catalog row, then compare two models before requesting samples.

A body shortlist for a serum, lotion and cream range

Oulete’s catalogue lists separate body references for a 50 ml serum-bottle brief, a 150 ml lotion-bottle brief and a 50 ml cream-jar brief. Use the model codes below to start a plastic-container proposal. They are individual catalogue references, not a confirmed matching three-piece set.

The TY bottle and jar catalogue identifies PET/PETG families; the resin and full component specification belong to the selected variant. A 50 ml jar label does not establish a 50 g cream fill. If your brief requires glass, request an identified glass body and closure proposal separately from these plastic-family references.

For a coordinated appearance, send the three model references with a shared colour and artwork brief. Ask which bodies, closures and finishes can actually be supplied together, then approve physical samples as a group. The photographs elsewhere on this page show Oulete packaging formats; they do not identify the three configurations in this shortlist.

Oulete’s published equipment list includes 20 injection molding machines, 10 printing presses, four hot-stamping machines, one spraying line and one electroplating line. The factory page pairs the production information with original workshop imagery and process footage.

These resources describe the factory’s stated capabilities. The quotation should identify which body, closure, dispenser and decoration processes are supplied for your project. Specialist components can have a separate supply route. Oulete supplies packaging containers; cosmetic formulation and filling are outside this website’s supply scope.

Agree the specification before the order

The material MOQ is 2,000 pieces for plastic containers and 5,000 pieces for glass containers. Confirm the selected model, components, decoration and any new tooling in the project quotation.

For a new tool, agree the drawing, sampling milestones, ownership and any volume-based refund terms in writing. Production and shipping are separate stages. Use the MOQ and lead-time guide to prepare the questions for your order.
