Define Visual Inspection Before Production
From mold engineering to color, print, hot stamp, spray, and electroplating—every visible detail is backed by production control.
111 SKUs spanning airless, thick-wall PET/PETG bottles, and jars.
Agree the drawing, sample stages, ownership and any volume-based refund in the tooling quotation.
Confirm the full neck drawing, closure and contact materials for the selected body. A nominal diameter does not establish fit.
Start with the container format and intended fill. Oulete’s supplied catalog contains 111 model rows across ZK airless bottles, TY thick-wall PET/PETG containers, PETG bottles and jars. Each model page separates the catalog’s size labels from dimensions that need confirmation on a current drawing.
A bottle photograph can help you choose a shape or finish. It cannot establish the exact neck, pump output or formula compatibility. Use the packaging selector to find a catalog row, then compare two models before requesting samples.
| Your starting point | What to review next |
|---|---|
| An airless pack | ZK catalog families, the dispensing assembly and a filled-sample test |
| A bottle with a pump or dropper | Bottle options, neck drawing and matched closure |
| A cream jar | Jar families, opening, lid and intended fill |
| A squeeze tube | Tube sourcing, diameter, length, laminate and closure |
| A custom appearance | Color and decoration, artwork and an approved physical sample |
| A new shape | Tool development, drawing, sample stages and ownership terms |
Watch the original product rotations to compare visible finishes, or explore the clearly labeled AI scene concepts when developing a visual direction. The sample approval guide explains how to turn that direction into a documented approval.
Oulete’s published equipment list includes 20 injection molding machines, 10 printing presses, four hot-stamping machines, one spraying line and one electroplating line. The factory page pairs the production information with original workshop imagery and process footage.
These resources describe the factory’s stated capabilities. The quotation should identify which body, closure, dispenser and decoration processes are supplied for your project. Specialist components can have a separate supply route. Oulete supplies packaging containers; cosmetic formulation and filling are outside this website’s supply scope.
Equipment source: Oulete’s company information, reviewed September 7, 2026. The capability guide explains the distinction between a factory process and a complete packaging assembly.
The factory’s commercial questionnaire lists a starting minimum of 1,000 pieces for existing tooling. Material, color, decoration and sourced components can change the minimum. Confirm the complete specification and quantity in a quotation; a website starting figure is not a quote for every configuration.
For a new tool, agree the drawing, sampling milestones, ownership and any volume-based refund terms in writing. Production and shipping are separate stages. Use the MOQ and lead-time guide to prepare the questions for your order.
A sample approval should identify the body and closure revisions, intended fill, decoration and acceptance checks. For formula contact or dispensing, test the actual filled assembly. The quality guide describes how to connect a batch report to the agreed specification.
Use the capacity converter when your team is comparing units, the dimension visualizer to understand body proportions, and the sample request builder to record what you have decided. Their methods and limits are shown next to the results.
Send the model or format, intended fill, closure, finish, quantity, destination and timing through the inquiry form below. Leave confidential formulation details out of the general form; arrange an appropriate technical exchange when needed.
