Agree handoff responsibilities
Define who approves artwork and samples, supplies market documentation and handles the final product compatibility review. Confirm packing, shipment terms and the documentation that will accompany the order. Any territory or exclusivity arrangement needs a separate written agreement.
Customer information and neutral supply

Scheduling and consolidation
Long-term trading partners can have written scheduling priority. Delivery dates are estimates until the order schedule is agreed; priority should not be presented to your buyer as an unconditional dispatch guarantee. Multi-factory consolidation can be coordinated when the customer appoints the forwarder. Split shipments and other special terms are agreed order by order.
