An airless jar request needs a specific dispensing mechanism and assembly proposal. Oulete’s documented jar families do not by themselves establish an available airless-jar mechanism. Ask us to confirm the model and supply route for your brief.
Describe the dispensing action
State the intended fill volume, formula category, dose and the way the user should press or operate the pack. Ask for an assembly drawing and identify the parts in contact with the formula, including seals and valves where present.
Review filling and first use
Request the proposed filling and assembly sequence. Evaluate a sample with the actual formula and record first-use behavior, repeated dispensing and performance as the pack empties. Agree the test conditions and acceptance criteria with your product manufacturer.
Check the complete package
Review the closure, decorated surface and any refill or disassembly feature. Define leakage, storage and transport checks appropriate to the intended product. Do not infer a shelf-life benefit or an evacuation percentage from the airless description.
Send your airless jar brief or compare the documented airless bottle range and cream jars.
