Oulete is the cosmetic packaging brand of Shaoxing Shangyu Oulante Plastic Industry Co., Ltd. We supply cosmetic packaging from Shangyu, Shaoxing, China. Our range includes airless bottles, thick-wall PET and PETG bottles, and jars. Existing-tool orders start at 1,000 pieces.
A factory built around injection molding
Our 6,000 m² plant has 20 injection molding machines, 10 screen-printing presses, four hot-stamping machines, a spray line and an electroplating line. An in-house mold shop supports new tools and repairs. These are the processes behind the containers and decoration we manufacture.
The catalog lists 111 tooled SKUs: 42 ZK airless models, 52 TY thick-wall PET/PETG models, five PETG bottle models and 12 jars. A catalog capacity is a starting point for sampling; confirm fill volume, dimensions and closure fit on the selected model.
What we make and what we source
We mold plastic containers and carry out screen printing, hot stamping, spray coating and electroplating. Glass, aluminum, blow-molded formats, pumps and sprayers are supplied through specialist partners. We identify the supply route when quoting. We do not compound cosmetics or fill containers.
From specification to repeat order
Start with an existing model when its capacity and shape fit your brief. For a new mold, agree the drawing, sample approval and tooling terms before production. Paid tooling belongs to the customer, with written ownership confirmation; the quotation defines the volume threshold for a tooling refund.
Every batch includes an inspection report. The acceptance criteria are agreed before production, and third-party inspection is available at the buyer’s expense.
