We retain inquiry correspondence for the period needed to handle the request and related business, recordkeeping or dispute requirements. The applicable period can differ for an unanswered inquiry and an order record. Contact us if you want us to review or delete a past inquiry.
Submitting an inquiry lets us respond to that inquiry. It does not require you to agree to unrelated promotional email.
Your requests
