Aluminum Cosmetic Tubes

Describe whether the product needs an aluminum tube body and specify the formula, filling conditions and closure. Oulete coordinates this supply route; the proposed tube manufacturer and assembly must be confirmed.

Prepare the specification

Request the body dimensions, internal coating specification where present, shoulder, opening and closure. Identify the parts that contact the contents and obtain the documentation required by your product team.

Approve the complete sample

Review the filled and sealed tube with your filler. Agree dispensing, seal integrity, storage and handling checks using the actual formula. Approve the decorated tube and the shipping arrangement before production.

Request the supply proposal

The quotation should identify component sources, minimum quantities, decoration, sample stages and delivery terms. Oulete supplies packaging; formula development and filling are outside this scope.
