A useful declaration identifies the material or component it covers. Send the exact packaging model, target market, intended use and requested document so Oulete can check what is available from the relevant source.
Define the scope
Ask whether the document covers raw resin, a molded part, a decorated part or the complete assembly. Include liners, seals, pumps and coatings where they matter to your requirement. A declaration for one resin does not automatically cover additives, decoration or sourced components.
Check the document itself
Review the issuer, date, material designation, covered product and any stated conditions or exclusions. Match the document to the quoted component revision. Where a test report is requested, identify the specimen, method and result you need before commissioning work.
Separate documents from product approval
Supplier declarations support a review; they do not establish compatibility with every formula or compliance of the finished cosmetic. Your product team should define the formula testing and market assessment for the actual assembly.
If a requested document is unavailable, resolve the alternative evidence or component choice before order approval. Do not replace a missing document with an unsupported logo or a general material claim.
