Oulete · Filling-run planning example

Plan quantities by component

Work backward from good filled output, then apply an agreed lower accepted-delivery count and order multiples. The article's hypothetical example is loaded below. Replace every assumption with the parties' agreed inputs.

Planning arithmetic only. This tool is not a quote, empirical yield, contractual guarantee or pack qualification. The output does not establish stock, MOQ, compatibility, timing, an upper overrun or its cost. The calculation runs in your browser; the planner does not submit your input values.

1. Good filled output and separate setup

The model assumes each consumed complete set uses every required component. Refine with component-stage consumption records if unused parts can be recovered. Unknowns are not zeroes.

2. Purchased component lines

Enter purchased units, not unquoted internal subparts. Separate checks and unused reserves are outside the filled target, setup and run yield. Keep each SKU/version separate.

Only use an underrun percentage here if the agreed lower bound applies to correct, conforming accepted components available for this run. A physical-piece variance or AQL does not provide that promise. Multiples are measured from zero; “MOQ plus increments” is outside this model.
