Define what gets replaced and what the customer keeps. A refillable design needs a clear replacement action, cleaning policy and test plan for repeated use.

Draw the replacement sequence

Identify the outer pack, refill vessel, closure and dispenser. Specify which components arrive with each refill and how the user removes and installs them. Ask for a sample that demonstrates the proposed action.

Validate repeated use

Agree how many use cycles to evaluate and what constitutes acceptable fit, sealing, appearance and dispensing. Your product team should define cleaning and hygiene responsibilities for the intended system. Do not make a lifetime or environmental-savings claim without supporting evidence.

Start the model review

Browse Jar formats as a starting point. The selected model, component specification and testing responsibilities must be confirmed in the quotation. Oulete supplies packaging containers; formula development and filling are outside this supply scope.

Send the refill concept, retained components, formula, volume and intended use-cycle test plan. Availability depends on the selected assembly.

Send your packaging brief or review sampling and approval.
