Check the official guidance

Ask for data by component
Provide your SKU list and reporting format. Request the materials and weights for the body, closure, dispenser and other included components, plus the packing configuration supplied with the order. State how you need the data grouped and when it is required.
Keep the data tied to the shipment
Record the product revision and the basis of the figures. A material, component or carton change may require updated data. Ask the party responsible for the UK filing to confirm how the supplied information fits its reporting categories.
