Start with the model and fill volume
Oulete’s catalog includes compact airless options. Request a drawing and sample for the selected model, and distinguish nominal fill volume from other capacity measurements in the specification. Confirm the area available for artwork at the smaller size.
Test the pack in transit
Evaluate leakage, closure retention and dispensing after the intended storage and travel conditions. Include any outer pouch or carton in the review. Do not describe a format as airline-approved based only on its labeled volume; transport requirements depend on the product and journey.
