Specify the lip product format before discussing the pack: a balm, liquid treatment and gloss require different containment and application systems.
Describe application and filling
Provide formula handling information, fill volume and the intended applicator or opening. State filling temperature if the process uses heat. Ask Oulete to confirm which model or sourced assembly is available for that exact brief.
Review the full applicator assembly
Identify every formula-contact part and request the applicable material information. Evaluate filling, leakage, pickup or dispensing and closure action with the actual formula. Artwork and finish approval should use the assembled pack, including the applicator where present.
Start the model review
Browse Jar formats as a starting point. The selected model, component specification and testing responsibilities must be confirmed in the quotation. Oulete supplies packaging containers; formula development and filling are outside this supply scope.
Send format, volume, applicator preference, filling conditions and quantity; dedicated lip mechanisms require availability confirmation.
Send your packaging brief or review sampling and approval.
