Treat hot filling as a process requirement that needs validation on the selected pack. A resin name or an unfilled sample cannot establish an allowable filling temperature.
Send the process window
Provide the intended fill temperature, exposure time, cooling method and closure sequence. Identify whether the container is supported during filling and how it moves through the line. Ask for the exact proposed material grades and component drawings.
Run a representative trial
Agree the trial conditions with your filler and packaging supplier. Review dimensions, appearance, sealing and function after filling and cooling, then include storage and transport checks. Record the actual assembly and material revision used in the trial.
Start the model review
Browse Container options as a starting point. The selected model, component specification and testing responsibilities must be confirmed in the quotation. Oulete supplies packaging containers; formula development and filling are outside this supply scope.
Send your process parameters before requesting a production commitment. Oulete will need to confirm model availability and the evidence needed for that process.
