Distinguish storage from burning
State whether the vessel stores wax, receives a hot fill or will be used with a flame. Provide the wax, fill process, wick arrangement where applicable and the testing requirements defined by your product team.
Confirm a qualified supply route
Ask Oulete whether an appropriate vessel and supporting documentation can be sourced for the brief. Availability and testing must be confirmed before ordering. For a burn-use vessel, require product-specific evaluation rather than substituting a cosmetic packaging sample approval.
