An aluminum body, shell or cap can be part of a cosmetic pack, but each construction needs its own specification. Identify whether the metal is structural, decorative or in contact with the contents.

Ask Oulete to confirm model availability, component sourcing and the proposed assembly route. Do not infer an in-house metal-forming operation from a metallic product photograph.

Request the internal construction

Ask which internal coatings or liners are present, where they are applied and which surfaces contact the formula. Include the closure, gasket and dispenser in the same review. Supply the actual formula and filling conditions to define the compatibility work.

Approve the visible finish

Provide a finish reference and identify the surfaces that must match. Inspect the decorated sample for artwork position, visible edges and handling marks. Review the assembled pack, including transitions to plastic or other components.

Keep recycling claims specific

The Aluminum Association’s container design guide describes processing considerations for aluminum containers. It does not certify the recyclability of a particular cosmetic assembly.

If an environmental claim is required, obtain the full component list and assess the intended collection and recycling route. Record any disassembly instructions supported by the actual design. A metal appearance alone establishes neither composition nor an end-of-life outcome.

Send your material brief or return to packaging materials.
