Start with an existing model
Shortlist a bottle or jar by fill volume and application. Confirm the complete closure and sample before deciding the finish.
Existing-tool baseline: 1,000 pieces. Component minimums may differ.
Customization
Create cosmetic packaging with your logo, colors and finish. Choose an existing Oulete bottle or jar, or discuss a custom mold and samples.

Custom packaging, starting with your decision
You can begin with a catalog model, a finish reference or a new geometry. Choose the closest route, then share what you know. A shortlist is a starting point for sample review, not a compatibility approval.

Keep a suitable body and define your color, artwork and surface treatment. Approve the decorated assembly as the production reference.
Color or material changes: from 3,000 pieces. Decoration scope is quoted separately.

Start from the intended fill, component drawing and assembly. Review tooling, ownership and sample stages before production.
New-tool projects: from 10,000 pieces. The quotation defines tooling and approval scope.
For a first shortlist, compare airless bottles, cream jars, lotion bottles or cosmetic tubes. If the format is undecided, describe the application in the brief below.
Choose the body and closure before finalizing decoration. Oulete can adapt an existing tool through material, color and surface treatment, or review a new mold when the geometry must change.
| Route | Main decision | Starting MOQ |
|---|---|---|
| Existing tooling | Select a listed body and assembly | 1,000 pieces |
| Color or material change | Confirm the selected resin and appearance | 3,000 pieces |
| New tooling | Develop and approve a new geometry | 10,000 pieces |
The final quantity depends on the full component system. A sourced pump, cap or other part can have a separate minimum.
The factory has 10 screen-printing presses, four hot-stamping machines, a spray line and an electroplating line. Select the process according to the resin, part geometry, artwork and finish you want.
A visual reference is a direction for sampling, not proof that any finish works on any material.
Supply the artwork in a production-ready format and identify the critical color or finish reference. Review the decorated sample under agreed viewing conditions. Keep the approved artwork version, part specification and sample together so repeat orders use the same reference.
The in-house mold shop supports tool development and repair. The factory questionnaire gives RMB 8,000–15,000 as a tooling reference range; the geometry and full tooling scope determine the project quote. Paid tooling belongs to the customer with written ownership confirmation. The cumulative volume for a full tooling refund is agreed in the quotation.
Decorated production typically takes 18–22 days; new-tool projects are typically quoted at 25–30 days. Confirm approvals, component availability and shipping time separately.
Discuss a customization brief, review sampling or use the decoration guide.

|---|---|
| Cosmetic Packaging Decoration Options | Choose a decoration route for Oulete containers: screen printing, foil stamping, spray coating or electroplating, with artwork and sample approval. |
| Foil Stamping for Cosmetic Packaging | Specify an Oulete foil-stamping project with foil reference, artwork, component and sample approval. Confirm adhesion and appearance before production. |
Tell us the application, fill volume and changes you need. Include a model reference if you have one, or ask for options to sample.
Packaging containers only. Formula development and filling are outside our scope. Component availability, compatibility and final terms require project review.
