For a thick-wall container, choose the catalog model and intended fill before setting the appearance and production brief. A nominal capacity or exterior photograph does not define usable fill volume or the complete assembly.
Review the model drawing
Confirm the exterior dimensions, closure interface and usable fill with the actual sample. Check the pack’s weight and proportions against the product brief and any filling-line constraints. Catalog measurements are selection references; the approved drawing defines the order.
Inspect the appearance you intend to sell
Review the body and closure together with the planned decoration. Identify the visible surfaces and acceptance reference. If transparency or wall appearance is important to the design, include that requirement in sample approval.
Confirm the production plan
Ask for a schedule based on the chosen body, quantity, decoration and component availability. Do not calculate order capacity from a guessed molding cycle time. Any tool or material change needs its own schedule review.
