Oulete’s typical sample lead time is 3–5 days after the brief is agreed. This is a planning reference, not a record of a specific five-day project or a promise for every custom sample. Courier transit is additional.
Settle the brief first
Send the model, quantity of samples, closure, color and decoration requirements. Explain the decision the sample must support: initial size selection, closure fit, decorated appearance or final approval.
Confirm what the schedule includes
Ask whether the quoted sample uses an existing body and available components. Custom tooling, special components, artwork revisions and decoration can change the timing. Agree the dispatch target separately from the date the package should reach you.
Make approval usable
Check the actual assembly with the intended fill and use conditions. Record the sample identity, drawing and artwork versions, and any changes required. An approval with unresolved changes should not be treated as an unqualified production reference.
