An airless bottle should be reviewed as a complete assembly: body, dispensing components, seals and the intended fill. A test performed on one component does not approve every possible combination.
Identify the assembly
Record the model, capacity and component versions. Ask which components come from Oulete and which come from specialist partners. Confirm how the package will be filled and closed, and share any assembly instructions with the team conducting the test.
Agree a test plan
State the fill, orientation, storage conditions, duration and handling sequence to be assessed. Define what counts as leakage and how observations are recorded. Add the dispensing checks needed by the product brief, including the expected use pattern.
Keep changes traceable
Retain the tested assembly and its results with the approved specification. A changed seal, closure or formula needs a review of whether the existing evidence still applies. Confirm the order-specific inspection requirements before production.
